This place was awesome. The photos I saw on-line was exactly what I saw when I showed up to the house. Very spacious, good size bed rooms and loved the open-ness. The back patio where the pool was the best part to end our day where my family sat around having a couple cocktails, talking for hours before calling it a night. I would highly recommend this place and Heather was a wonderful Host and was very responsive when I had any questions to ask. I would definitely go back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Heathers home! It was very clean, spacious, and close to the major attractions and shopping. Was nice to have a pool to cool off in the 90 to 100 degree temperatures. The host was also very responsive to any questions/concerns.

This house was fabulous for our family. It exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and the directions given were spot on. The rooms and the decor were just as advertised. The host was extremely responsive and helpful in making our Disney trip a success. The house was amazing, everything the description said it was and more. Everything was clean, organized, with amenities, utensils, spacious bedrooms. We were able to walk in the door and have everything we needed at our disposal.

We enjoyed the stay a lot. The host was very professional! The location in front of a lake and in between Disney resorts and the Space Coast were wonderful to us. The inventory is okay and as shown in the pictures. We found a good deal with everything summoned up!

This place was incredible! We had 14 people in our group, and we were very comfortable. Amazing attention to detail in every room. Clean! Seriously, nothing bad to say.

Huge house, lots of room for our 8 people, could easily fit many more! House is exactly as pictured. Gated community with so much to do right there. Clubhouse amenities have a big, heated pool, basketball court, mini golf, playground, theatre, gym, sauna and arcade. The house also has a great games room. Very comfortable, stayed for two weeks and had no issues. Excellent communication from the host, very gracious host. Will definitely rent again if we travel there in the future!

My Family and I enjoyed this home she was very responsive to all our questions it had everything we needed for our family of 10 the kids enjoyed the pool and game room but the best part was the easy access to the club house from the back of the house which the kids enjoyed the lazy river/ water slide. And the activities they have for the week. I would recommend this house. We look forward in staying here again.

We just returned from our stay and look forward to our next visit. Check-in was smooth and our entry code was received well in advance. The place was exactly as described. The rooms are spacious - the house comfortably accommodated my party of 8 (adults and children). The community amenities are also great! My kids enjoyed the playground, waterpark, and movie nights.

The day of check in was for 4pm, the host messaged and ask if check in was ok, but we didn’t arrive until 9pm. Once we got to her place, lights were on for us and everything. Pictures was described how it looks; in person the house is much bigger than you think. Beds were all comfortable, house was roomy, pool was super clean and huge, pool water was nice and warm. Overall, the house is nice and beautiful. Quite neighborhood. Would rent again. Thank you for the stay at your place.

This home is very beautiful! It felt brand new. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space, but also great communal areas to hang out together. The view from the top porch is spectacular. The neighborhood is very quiet. Easy walk to a perfect beach. Our kids loved taking the bikes out. We also loved having the pool on site. The host was very responsive. We had an absolutely fantastic week in this glorious home!

We stayed here 4/6/24 through 4/13/24. It was a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. In the evenings we did jigsaw puzzles. There were plenty to choose from. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. We really liked that there were 4 pools to choose from and they were clean as well. The location is great! It’s very close to amusement parks and a lot of other fun activities. While here we got to see 2 rocket launches! We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with some friends for the week and we had a great time. The home had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and clean. I liked that it was gated and had security. I'll be coming back for sure with friends again. We will stay here every time because it is close to the beach if I want to go to the beach and close to theme parks for those who want to go to the park. Nice place.

The neighborhood was peaceful and clean. The home was beautiful and provided everything we needed. I stayed with friends for the week. I enjoyed quiet mornings at the smaller pool while friends enjoyed sleeping in. There are plenty of things to do around the neighborhood and it's close to everything. The Welcome Book had plenty of great ideas for things to do and where to eat. There were also games and puzzles to do if we decided to stay in. It was a great and relaxing week of fun.

The home is so close to Disney. Water park at the clubhouse was rated outstanding by three children, ages 11, 10 and 7. Pool at house and game room were well utilized.

I would recommend this home weather your traveling as a family or as a group of friends. This home can accommodate 6 couples or a family of up to 12. Very spacious with each having their own privacy. Gorgeous family room. Kitchen was perfect. The kids enjoyed every moment at the pool.

The property was as described and shown in pictures. Large open family area, comfortable bedrooms, an office space and pool table. Great pool and deck area with a view of the lake. The grandkids enjoyed looking for and spotting wildlife. Definitely a villa we would consider using again.

We had a nice stay at this home. Two things I noticed that were nice touches upon our arrival were some lights were left on for us, so we didn't have to enter a dark house and all the bathrooms were equipped with hand soap. There were some beach towels provided, which was nice to have for the pool and our day trip to the beach in Clearwater. One highlight of the stay was the pool complex the community offered.

My family and I stayed in the Villa for a week in early April. The description was accurate and we very much enjoyed our time there. We found the Villa very spacious and the external pool area was excellent. Communication with the host was easy and I always received swift replies. Thanks for hosting us and if we return to Orlando I'm sure we would look to rent the Villa again.

Everyone had a great time. All the rooms were spacious and had nice size bathrooms. My 2 yr old LOVED the Elsa room. We spent almost every night out side by the pool. Owner was very quick with responses. Definitely will be booking again in the future.

The pictures online did not do this home justice. The home and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and clean. This home is located in a gated community which gave our family a sense of safety. If this home is available on our next family vacation we would definitely choose this house again.

The home was as advertised. The upstairs living room was amazingly spacious and provided ample room for us all to have our space. Nice and close to community pool for walking with family. This was a wonderful house. Plenty of space to lounge and relax both inside and outside. For the kids the favorite area was the game room. The old school arcade game has 200 games loaded on it that provided hours of fun competition. The kids also loved the home theater to watch movies and have popcorn. Communication was excellent and check in and out was simple. Would definitely recommend this home!

We stayed here for two weeks. We really liked the layout of the house and especially the pool. It overlooked a small pond with great views and wildlife. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome stay. The kids loved the pool. The Minnie room has trundle beds so all three kids could bunk together. The space was exactly what we needed for 7 people. The home is located near the back gate to the complex, which made it super easy to come and go. Getting to Universal, Disney and the airport from the home was a breeze. The kids have already decided we have to come back next year.

Nice home close to Disney/Universal and only 30min from the airport. We enjoyed the pools, water park, and ping pong as well as pool-side market.

This was everything I expected. We celebreated our daughter's 8th birthday here with about 8 families and it was epic. I spent weeks looking at houses and this was the one for us! Pool, outdoor furniture, multiple TVs, bathrooms for everyone, themed rooms. We had an absolute blast. The community was nice, had a good time at the clubhouse and waterpark, we will be talking about this vacation for years to come. The host was always responsive. We have no issues.

We opted to stay here over staying at the (Disney) park. You can’t beat the price. It’s so close to the parks. Grocery is right down the road. Would recommend. Would stay here again.

Walking in for the first time was such a treat! The space is well lit and well laid out with modern furnitures and amenities. This is a great place to stay for two families at the beach. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. We were also just a short bike ride to The Hub & Seacrest Shops.

This is place is worth every penny! It had great activities nearby and a Walmart in walking distance. For sure 10/10. I would recommend that you don’t count this place out if your planning to visit Florida. 1 1/2 hours to Tampa or Daytona and 30 minutes to Orlando.

This home has lots of space for many guests! Many bathrooms, closets, and eating areas inside and out. Big kitchen too. Themed backyard made it fun for everyone! Great large gas grill was awesome for steaks and burgers. Jacuzzi was great in the cool spring evening. TV’s literally everywhere and the app options were a big plus. Finally the game room was fun every evening. So bottom line, strongly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Champions Gate is just beautiful! There are lots of great restaurants close by and a Publix just a few miles away. This really felt like a home away from home! I feel we got so much more for our money here. We've stayed in the Disney resorts in the past, but probably would not again after staying here. Why? when you can stay here for way less money, and you get a gorgeous updated modern unit with way more space to spread out, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a game room all the comforts of home and your own private pool! Not to mention the resort area, which is so gorgeous, my kids had an absolute blast! This unit would also work for folks with mobility issues as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we return to Orlando in the future!

Perfect size for our family to spend Christmas and New Years in and for allowing our kids to find nooks in to do remote schooling. I would absolutely stay here again!

This property was so beautiful, very spacious over 3200 square footage. 2 living spaces with 4 and half bathrooms. Pool was big with a lot of room to BBQ and kick back. Me and my family loved, loved, loved this place and we were pretty bummed that we had to leave.

Very large and spacious home. Three master suites with king beds were a big plus! We had 6 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Plenty of dining areas and pretty comfortable couch seating.

This house was perfect for our family's gathering. The open floorplan on the lower level made for a great space for dining, cooking, game nights and partying on the patio/pool area. We appreciated the shrubbery around the lanai which provided more privacy than other homes in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. Shopping was just 5 minutes away for last minute groceries which was nice. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home with the capacity for a large family and friends. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from the pool. Truly enjoyed watching the balloons. Also, the home is super convenient to food, shopping, and fun.

We had a great time. The house was just the right size for the number of people we had. It was truly a Thanksgiving celebration to remember!!!

We had a great time at this secluded cottage in an ideal location! It’s a quick walk to the beach, an easy bike ride to Alys and Rosemary and overall very central. We appreciated the great collection of good quality pots and pans, bowls and dishes. Cooking was easy in this kitchen. We rented bikes from the rental company suggested by the host and they were nice and good condition. I also got a 3-day pass at Grayton beach fitness. The owner was great and the facility was clean and had everything I needed. We loved biking down to Alys and Rosemary, and especially sipping coffee on the screened-in porch in the mornings. Overall, we had a great vacation and were glad we found this house.

The home is modernly decorated and located in the back of the community (approximately 5-10 minute walk) to the main clubhouse and the open floor plan offered plenty of room for everyone in our party. We loved staying in this home! Everything from booking to check-in was seamless and any questions/concerns we had were promptly addressed. The condo itself is VERY spacious. The resort has a beautiful pool with lazy river and my kids enjoyed playing on the basketball and soccer fields during our stay. The condo was 15-20 mins from Disney and we would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent option for a mini getaway with the family. The property was plenty large enough for the group we had and the little pool was perfect for my beginning swimmers. The Oasis Club was a great option! Overall, we loved our stay!

Myself and my family were so satisfied and happy to have a small getaway during this pandemic where we didn’t really need to leave the home. I got to be a kid with my kids while also enjoying my adult time in the steam punk room. It became my own hideaway! I have told anyone willing to listen that this is the place to book if ever in the area.

Excellent value for the money. This place is well maintained and you get exactly what you see in the pictures. The photos in no way exaggerate the great condition this house is maintained in, and the bonus of the water park and pools are exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4! The home is super cute, very comfortable and well appointed. Our 2 children loved the bunk bed room and we definitely had room should another couple want to join us with 1 or 2 children. The neighborhood is delightful & quiet with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed both outdoor spaces immensely & liked being at the end of the little street that branches off the main neighborhood street for a little more privacy. We utilized the beach chair service recommended to us so all we had to carry down were our beach bag, toys & cooler. This location makes it easy to pop up to the house if you need something which is great when you have little kids. We cooked all meals but two & felt the kitchen had everything we needed to do so. The pool is a very short walk as well so another easy access! All in all I cannot think of anything that needs to be improved upon with this property and will definitely consider booking it again.

The home is very inviting, spacious & comfortable. The pool felt amazing especially during these Florida hot summer days! It was a plus having a washer and dryer so that we didn’t have to come home with dirty laundry. Also having a fully stocked kitchen was really helpful when it came time to cooking dinner, made us feel right at home. Magnolia Cottages is our favorite place to stay on 30-A! The neighborhood is so nice and quaint, never seems crowded and is close to everything (Rosemary, Alys, Seaside). The house was great and we had a lovely stay. It was clean, comfy, very close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and we will definitely be back.

We could not have asked for more. WOW, what an amazing home! Quite frankly you just don’t want to leave once you arrive. Everything was super clean, very spacious and organized. And last but not least the pool deck was breathtaking and unforgettable.

This week long family getaway was better than we could have hoped. We had a variety of ages in our group and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The family especially enjoyed the pool area and board games provided.

This property was very spacious and inviting. The whole check-in/out process was very streamlined and the property manager was responsive, and in a timely manner. My family enjoyed their time here, as we spent most of the day in the pool. The neighborhood was very inviting and in close proximity of grocery and convenience stores which was a real plus.

This home was our oasis, literally. It was spacious, clean, and made for a great getaway! The neighborhood was nice to ride bikes in and we had our own pool which we could heat. The house was amazing! Bigger than the pictures let on, which has not been our experience at other places.
